On Friday 19 May pupils from the Eastbourne Schools Partnership worked together as waiters at the annual fund raising lunch for St Wilfrid’s Hospice. All the pupils had previously taken part in an afternoon’s training, and between them they served 270 guests. Over £50,000 was raised, equivalent to the salaries of two qualified nurses.
